Dean's Marinade: (large) 10-12 quarts of water, 6 onions - chopped, 6 lemon peels - halved then quartered, 2 cups balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 15-20 bay leaves, 1/3 cup oregano, 1/8 cup garlic powder, 2-3 tablespoons of salt. -- June 13, 1998



Dean's Garlic/Basalmic Vinegar Marinade: (small) 2 quarts of water, 2 onions - chopped, 3 lemon peels - halved then quartered, 1 quart balsamic vinegar, 1/2 quart extra virgin olive oil, 1/3 cup oregano, 3 garlic bulbs - split and peeled, 4 tablespoons of salt. -- April 6, 1999
